1. General
By placing an order through the Eventpower Solution website, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Orders & Payment
- Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and accepted by Eventpower Solution.
- Full payment is required before any goods will be released.
- Proof of payment does not constitute cleared payment.
- Eventpower Solution reserves the right to cancel orders where products are unavailable, incorrectly priced, or where fraud is suspected.
3. Collection Only – No Delivery
- Eventpower Solutions does not provide delivery or courier services.
- All goods must be collected from the designated collection address.
- Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transport or courier.
- Once goods are handed to the customer or their nominated transport company, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. International Customers
- Eventpower Solution sells primarily within South Africa.
- Customers outside South Africa may purchase products, provided they arrange their own collection from South Africa.
- Eventpower Solution does not export, ship internationally, arrange customs clearance or provide international delivery.
- All export, transport, customs, duties, taxes, permits and related costs are the customer’s
responsibility.
5. Products
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products, distribution boxes and cables are suitable for their intended application.
- Customers must check specifications, dimensions, ratings and quantities before ordering.
- Custom-made, specially configured or cut-to-length products may have different cancellation and return conditions, subject to applicable law.
6. Electrical Products
- Electrical products must be installed and used in accordance with applicable South African laws, regulations, standards and manufacturer instructions. Where required, installation must be performed by a suitably qualified person.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Returns must be approved by Eventpower Solution before goods are returned.
- Products must generally be returned in accordance with the Eventpower Solution Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer legislation.
- Custom-made, customised, cut-to-length or specially configured products may not be eligible for return, where permitted by law.
- Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Warranty
- Products are covered by any applicable manufacturer or Eventpower Solution warranty.
- Warranty claims may require inspection or testing. Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, modification, overloading or negligence may not be covered.
9. Product Information
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. Product images may be for illustration purposes and minor differences may occur.
10. Liability
- Eventpower Solution will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Acceptance
- By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
